About Us
Sosoma was born from a belief that clothing should be intentional, created as a slow fashion brand rooted in transparency and ethical practices.
Every garment is made to order by hand, using natural and deadstock fabrics to reduce waste and ensure that everything is created with purpose. Designs are produced in small collections, not seasons, allowing space for versatility and sustainability.
Female-founded and independently run, Sosoma is a one-woman brand where every step from the first stitch to the final wrap is done with purpose.
Packaging + Sustainability
Our sewing machines are entirely powered by solar energy.
Sustainability doesn’t stop at the clothes; it extends to how your order reaches you. Every package is carefully wrapped in plastic-free, recyclable, or compostable materials with as little waste as possible.
Avoiding unnecessary extras like tags or plastic sleeves and instead the focus is on making your unboxing experience simple, thoughtful, and earth-friendly.
Process
Each garment is made-to-order, which means we begin making it only after you place your request. This not only reduces waste but also allows for more attention to detail in every item.
About the founder
Charlotte, the designer and maker behind the brand, started the label from her home studio.
After graduating, she wanted to build something of her own; something small, intentional, and rooted in sustainability. Now, she runs the one-woman brand that is Sosoma, making each item herself from start to finish. It’s slow fashion, in the best possible way: personal, purposeful, and made for you. Empowering people to buy less, but better.
