Sizing

How do I choose which size I need?

To choose the right size, we recommend checking our size guide, which provides measurements for each size. Take your measurements and compare them to the guide to find the best fit. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up or down based on your preference for a looser or more fitted style.

The item I want is out of stock, can I be notified?

Yes! You can sign up for restock notifications by choosing the contact page and entering the product name, colour and size. Once the item is back in stock, you’ll receive an email notification so you can grab it as soon as it’s available.

Custom lengths

How do I let you know what length I want?

For custom lengths, you can specify your measurements by contacting us after placing the order. Just provide the exact length you need and your order number, and we’ll tailor it for you!

Shipping + Returns

What are your shipping options?

We offer two shipping options: standard shipping and express shipping. The available options and delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your location.

How can I track my shipping?

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our shipping carrier’s website or our tracking page.

Can I make changes to my item after I have ordered?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to make any changes, please contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t been processed, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

What is your return policy?

We do not currently accept returns as each item is handmade to order to your specific requirements.

My item is faulty, what should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please reach out to our customer service team with a description of the issue and any photos of the fault. We’ll help you with the issue.
